Greetings!

It is with great honor and privilege that I present to you, that USBD Virtual House Calls is now covering all counties of Florida. We are just a phone call away!

All House Call Appointments are made on first contact, first-serve basis. Families, home health agencies, and facility staff assist with basic Telehealth communication technology at the patients’ places of residence.

We accept all insurance except Medicaid, VA, Out of FL. We encourage patients to contact respective insurance to clarify Telemedicine coverage and copay.

We also have a cash option plan available. 

USBD management is committed to improving the quality of medical and psychiatric care of patients who are restricted to their place of residence.

As you are all aware, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have been forced to switch our model of patient care delivery system to telehealth. However, it has been a blessing in disguise as we are at the present time, able to reach patients in need of our services in every corner of Florida. 

Insurance companies are looking into ways to reimburse providers and affiliated professionals so that genuine patients who are in need of help are able to obtain them.

For payment, patients must meet the criteria for medical necessity. It must be well documented, along with patients' verbal consent and mode of telehealth delivery to avoid malpractice issues.

The criteria for house calls is to be on a case to case basis, both short and long term.

•Mentally challenged

•Need for IV therapy

USBD Management Team is working diligently to continue to create a workforce including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants under the designation of Virtual House Call PCP to deliver quality health care for people restricted to their location of residence due to various reasons.

We are recruiting for per Diem positions all over FL. Physical house call visits are available in certain counties of Florida on a case to case basis.
